1) For that, you need an account with us.

4) Now search Health Tracker.

5) Now start entering your data: weekly, once you increase your exercise plans.

6) Here you can enter step counts, reps, duration, and sets.

7) In the dashboard, you can see the analytics. You can compare the last week's version of you.
